In addition, our executive will be deputed on daily basis to check and update the pendency work. Proactive measures would be possible. Why necessary:

All mistakes necessarily have a cost attached to them to be paid immediately or subsequently. Most companies do not have well documented operating systems. In absence of such systems if a person leaves the company for whatever reason, the successor finds it difficult to continue the operations in right manner.
The success of international trade depends on clear and transparent documentation supported by systemically designed procedures. Any company desirous of having a clear record should aim at creating such systems and should put in place the follow-up measures.

Scope:

Samarth Exim will undertake following jobs under retainer ship basis:

1. Preparation of Pre shipment & Post shipment documents:
2. Preparation of invoice, packing list as per export order for Custom passing.
   1. Liasoning with CHA for clearance of export shipment, Bill of Lading and other related documents of export.
   2. Preparation of Certificate of Origin, GSP /REX registration, etc.
   3. Preparation of post shipment documents as per L/C terms & conditions, At sight, CAD basis etc.
   4. MIS report of monthly export shipment, BRC status, Export payment status
3. Preparation of application for Export Incentive/Reward Scheme:
   1. Preparation and submission of application for Advance Authorization, DFIA, EPCG & reward schemes like MEIS, SEIS. We also sell /purchase MEIS /SEIS scrips.
   2. Preparation & submission of application for redemption of Advance & EPCG authorization.
   3. Any other related assignments related to Jt. DGFT, Mumbai., DGFT, Surat, Ahmadabad, Vadodara, Pune & Delhi HQ.
